The Kensington Tub (6-7 person inflatable) is £165, Chelsea Tub (5-6 person rigid with free gazebo) is £199, and Westminster Tub (6-7 person premium rigid with free gazebo) is £235. You can book online through our website by selecting your preferred hot tub and choosing your dates. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us directly and we'll help you with your booking.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and during busy periods like summer and holidays. However, we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure online checkout.

We deliver to all 34 London boroughs and surrounding areas within the M25. Delivery and collection are completely free within our service area.

We typically deliver the day before your hire starts. The tub is delivered empty so that, once you have filled it to the MAX line and activated Heat Mode, there is time for it to reach temperature before your hire begins. Heating usually takes 12-24 hours (longer in cold weather), so please plan with this in mind.

Our team usually positions the tub and completes delivery setup in around 30-45 minutes, including a full safety briefing. After that, filling and heating is done by you: you fill the tub to the MAX line with your garden hose, fit the cover, and activate Heat Mode. We will show you how before we leave.

You need: a flat surface (patio, decking, or lawn), a 13-amp electrical socket within 5 metres, a garden hose that reaches the setup location, and approximately 2m x 2m of space.

Once you have filled the tub to the MAX line, fitted the cover, and activated Heat Mode, it typically takes 12-24 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 37-40°C. Cold weather can increase this time. Please note that setting a temperature on its own does not start heating – Heat Mode must be switched on, and the cover should stay on while the tub heats. This is why we deliver before your hire starts.

It depends on the model: Kensington Tub fits 3-5 people (ideal for couples and small groups), Chelsea Tub fits 6-7 people (our most popular for parties), and Westminster Tub fits 5-6 people comfortably in a premium rigid design.

Yes! Hot tubs are designed for outdoor use and can be enjoyed in light rain. In fact, many customers love the experience! We don't recommend use during thunderstorms or extreme weather.

We supply all the chemicals you need, along with easy-to-follow instructions. As you fill the tub yourself, you add the chemicals after filling – we show you exactly how to do this and how to check the levels during your safety briefing. There is nothing complicated to buy or work out.

Absolutely. Every hot tub is thoroughly drained, cleaned, and sanitised using professional-grade products after each hire. Your health and safety is our priority.

Children can use the hot tub under adult supervision. We recommend limiting sessions to 15-20 minutes and keeping the temperature lower (around 35°C) for younger users.

We provide 24/7 phone support throughout your hire period. If there are any issues, simply call us and we'll help resolve them as quickly as possible.

Cancellations 14+ days before hire receive a full refund (minus admin fee). 7-14 days receives 50% refund. Less than 7 days receives no refund. We may cancel for safety reasons with full refund.

Yes, date changes are usually possible subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to change, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Hot tubs can be used in most weather conditions. However, if extreme weather makes delivery unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule with no penalty.

Heating is activated by you after delivery. To start heating: 1) Fill the tub to the MAX fill line with your garden hose. 2) Make sure the power is connected. 3) Activate Heat Mode on the control panel – simply choosing a target temperature does NOT start heating on its own. 4) Fit the insulated cover and keep it on while the tub heats. From a correct start, heating typically takes 12-24 hours, and longer in cold weather.

Please run through this checklist before contacting us: ✓ Filled to the MAX line   ✓ Heat Mode is active (not just a temperature set)   ✓ Cover is fitted and staying on   ✓ Power is connected at the socket   ✓ No error messages on the display. If you have checked all of these and the water is still not warming after a few hours, contact us straight away on WhatsApp and we will help. Most heating issues are caused by Heat Mode not being switched on or the cover being left off.

Heating times vary with the weather and the starting water temperature. Cold weather, wind, and removing the cover during heating all increase the time required. A full 12-24 hours (sometimes longer in winter) is normal. Keeping the cover on throughout heating makes the biggest difference.

No. The WiFi function is optional and completely separate from the heating system. A flashing WiFi light does not affect heating performance – the tub will heat normally whether or not WiFi is connected. You do not need WiFi to use or heat the hot tub.

A 3m x 3m temporary pop-up gazebo is supplied for overhead shelter. This is not a permanent marquee structure. Gazebos are not designed for strong winds, storms, severe weather or unattended use, and should be folded down if adverse weather conditions are expected. If side panels are supplied, they are weather dependent and not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed with you in advance.

The gazebo provides overhead shelter only. It is a temporary pop-up gazebo, not a fully enclosed, waterproof or all-weather structure. It is not windproof and should be taken down if strong winds or storms are forecast. Please do not rely on it as a permanent or weatherproof shelter.
