How heating works: Your tub is delivered empty before your hire starts. You fill it to the MAX line with a garden hose, fit the cover, and activate Heat Mode to begin heating. Setting a temperature alone does not start heating. Heating then typically takes 12–24 hours, and longer in cold weather, so please plan ahead.
